In March 2012 during a live FA Cup Quarter Final on ESPN UK Lowe guided two hours of programming from a position near the field during the time Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba fell over on the field with a cardiac arrest. She was a featured figure on all major UK media outlets that night. Lowe achieved a milestone in the month of May 2012 as she became the first woman to host in the FA Cup (a six-hour, live sporting event) in live broadcast from Wembley Stadium. Lowe started her career as an anchor and reporter with Setanta Sports in 2007. She was the host of the pioneering Football Conference coverage.
