Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, born in Wellington,) is an Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin is a Canadian as well as a New Zealand-born actress. Born in Winnipeg but brought up in Wellington She had her first appearance as an actor as a character in The Piano. In this romantic drama film at 11 years old, Paquin won her second Oscar for Best Actress. When she responded to a request to auditions open when she was nine, and with little acting experience before that when she was selected for the role of Flora McGrath part. Flora was the daughter of the Scottish musician who was blind. The couple were relocated into New Zealand during the middle of the nineteenth century in an effort to arrange a marriage. At the age of a teen the family relocated from Canada to the United States. Paquin appeared as Jane Eyre's main character when she was a teen in Franco Zeffirelli's Jane Eyre (2000) and the main role of Jane Eyre in Fly Away Home (2000). Paquin was Frankie Addams from a television film adaptation of Carson McCullers' book The Member of the Wedding (1997). Paquin had a supporting role as The Queen of Spain Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997. The role she played was for teenagers in Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000). In addition, she portrayed the teen groupie Polexia Aphrodisa on Almost Famous (2000).
